The traditional way to prepare Neeshj9zhii for your family's pleasure includes putting the following into a large stock pot or crock pot.
1 pound of Bee S4z9 Neeshj9zhii
4 pounds of lamb meat
2 quarts of water
Bring to boil and simmer for 6 hours. A slow cook pot can also be used.
Navajo Blue Corn Mush
1 cup of Bee S4z9 Blue Cornmeal
(Juniper Ash included)
4 and 1/2 cups of water
Bring 3 and 1/2 cups of water to a boil.
While the water is coming to a boil, mix one cup of Bee S4z9 Blue Cornmeal with 1 cup of cold water. Mix well until the mix is uniform.
Add the mix into the boiling water. Stir well until it becomes a mush.
